Paddleboard Yoga

Paddleboard yoga is a yoga class held on a stand up paddle (SUP) board and is also called SUP yoga. SUP yoga challenges your balance skills and core stability by incorporating a floating mat into the yoga practice.  No SUP experience is necessary to take this class, but a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful.  My floating yoga studio is MOBILE and paddleboard yoga classes can launch from anywhere on Pender Island.

Private classes are 90 minutes in duration and begin with an onshore orientation to stand up paddle technique and water safety.  Then we'll glide out for a short warm-up paddle to find a calm spot in the bay where we can anchor our boards for the yoga class.  Cost is $50 per person and includes paddleboard and equipment rental.
