Pender Island Weekend Retreat

A Gulf Island weekend getaway just for MERMAIDS!  Leave the city stresses behind and enjoy the slow pace of island time.  Breathe in the fresh sea air; move in the great outdoors.  I'll cater to your mind, body and spirit with daily yoga classes; Stand Up Paddleboard excursions; fresh and locally prepared meals; laughter and a few fun surprises. And not to worry - there's time for NAPS!

Here is what you get for the weekend:

  • 2 nights accommodations at Mermaids Rest Guesthouse; Private room or Shared room!

  • All meals and snacks beginning with supper on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday (6 healthy locally sourced meals) 

  • Daily yoga classes in my home studio or outdoors (weather permitting)

  • Daily Stand Up Paddle excursions and SUP Yoga

  • All SUP gear included; insured and experienced guides and instructors

  • Mini Island tour, a visit to the Farmers Market and wine tasting at Sea Star Estate Vineyards and cider sampling at Twin Island Cidery

  • All transportation on Pender Island to activities and restaurants (you can leave your car at home!) I'll greet you at the Otter Bay ferry terminal and transport you to my comfortable guesthouse, where all you have to do is unpack and enjoy!

  • Arrival at Otter Bay Ferry terminal on Pender Island (**Plan to arrive early afternoon** Let me know which ferry you'll be catching and I'll arrange to pick you up!)

  • 2pm Wine tasting and Orientation (Let's start this weekend off right!)

  • 4pm SUP Yoga intro tour

  • 7pm Dinner


  • 7:30am Yoga

  • 8:30am Breakfast

  • 9:30am Farmers Market and mini Island tour

  • 11am to 3pm SUP tour and SUP Yoga with picnic lunch

  • 3pm to 7pm Free time to nap, journal, book a healing treatment or massage

  • 7pm Dinner


  • 7:30am Yoga

  • 8:30am Breakfast

  • 10am SUP and SUP Yoga

  • 1pm Lunch

  • 3pm Departures from Otter Bay Ferry (**I can accommodate for later departures if needed** Just let me know when you sign up!**)



Private room $599 per person

Shared room (shared queen bed) $998 for two (share with a friend and it costs $499 per person)
