A Gulf Island weekend getaway just for MERMAIDS! This year I've teamed up with Kristy Wright-Schell of SUP Vancouver and Just Add Water Yoga to offer the ultimate West Coast Stand Up Paddle and Yoga Retreat. Leave the city stresses behind and enjoy the slow pace of island time. Breathe in the fresh sea air; move in the great outdoors. Let us cater to your mind, body and spirit with daily yoga classes; Stand Up Paddleboard excursions; fresh and locally prepared meals; laughter and a few fun surprises. And not to worry - there's time for NAPS!
Here is what you get for the weekend:

2 nights accommodations in beautiful island home; Private room, Shared room and camping options

2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday); 1 Lunch and 1 Supper (nourishing, healthy and locally sourced)
