This article reminded me why I come to my mat and why I share my yoga practice as a teacher. It's not about holding a handstand or getting into full Hanumanasana, or how many Instagram likes I get for that beach yoga pic. It's how I feel. How I listen to my body and how I feel it move. It's that brain/body connection and that link from mind to spirit. If you listen closely you won't just hear its whispers but you'll feel its rhythm and be drawn into its dance- which doesn't suck - it's beautiful and it's all you!
